Despite a slow start (I'm technically challenged to say the least and had to do my "online" order by phone) my books where delivered on time. The lads where extremely patient and very helpful, answering all my queries in a quick & timely fashion . We now have dockets books of excellent quality at a much lower cost that I have paid previously.
